With over decades of real estate experience, I bring a deep understanding of the market, from negotiation and pricing to guiding clients through every step of the buying or selling process. I began my real estate career in Gastonia, NC, where I quickly established myself as a top-producing agent and was honored with Coldwell Banker’s prestigious President’s Elite Award, placing me among the top 1% of agents internationally. Later, I served as Broker in Charge at Century 21 in Boiling Springs, overseeing transactions in both North and South Carolina. 

I’m proud to have worked through many market cycles, adjusting my approach to meet every new challenge. As a former instructor of the Code of Ethics for the Gaston Co REALTOR® Association, I’m deeply committed to ethical practices in every transaction, ensuring my clients are supported and well-informed. 

After moving to the Upstate almost 8 years ago, I’ve embraced everything this area has to offer, from its vibrant arts and culture scene to the warmth of its people. When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family, especially my granddaughter, Lydie, who calls me "Grandma Kitty." I also enjoy exploring different parts of North and South Carolina, taking in all the region’s beauty.
